  • Personal history: inferior STEMI 2006
  • Risk factors: hypertension, dyslipidemia, smoker

  • Main symptoms: no angina, shortness of breath on exertion
  • ECG: no Q wave
     
  • Cardiac imaging
  • Echocardiography: decreasing LVEF : 45 % → 35%
  • MRI: viability in infero-lateral segments
