- Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation – 10/2021 RFA (ablation)
Clinical Presentation
- 2x ischemic stroke under DOAC treatment
- CHA2DS2-VASc Score: 4 — HASBLED Score: 3
Cardiac imaging
- LVEF 60%
- Moderately dilated atria. No significant valvulopathy.

Procedure planning
- Percutaneous LAA closure in local anesthesia
