SEUD 2020

The Society of Endometriosis and Uterine Disorders (SEUD) is one of the major Scientific Society focusing on women’s health. For the past few years, the OBGYN community has found in its annual congress a place to share, exchange and learn. More than 1000 healthcare professionals usually gather for the occasion.

Challenge


For this 6th edition, our team was faced with an unexpected issue: the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of that, Com&Co had to think of completely new ways to hold this event.

Solution


Com&Co and the SEUD Board worked closely to create a digital event that would match the main educational objectives while keeping the face to face spirit.
Com&Co has created a whole digital environment which allowed our audience to access live sessions, to interact with international experts easily and even discover the innovation in their fields thanks to our sponsors dedicated area.

The international gynecological community has been successfully reached through this digital event. SEUD’s annual congress has doubled its audience during the 13 hours of broadcast. SEUD Online week has been watched a lot by countries that are not usually on the face to face event, audience that desperately need training and knowledge.  Thanks to Com&Co tools (live chat, mobile app, social network, Q&A session..) our digital event has been very interactive and has maintained a high quality scientifically and technically speaking.

VOD
The real strength of such a digital event is to give it on demand to all. Com&Co’s team worked to create a real video playlist on the website allowing a larger audience to access a major high qualified and educational event for free.
